Personal: Married in England 1967. Moved to Wash. DC area after grad school in 1969. Two children,in 72 and 76. Kids excelled, especially if you listened to grandparents.Separated and divorced in 1990s. Renewed relationship with Carol Sherer Kromminga and married again in 1997! Learned how to listen more!!!Sadly lost my younger sister Adrian to stomach cancer in 2002. Became guardian for her son as her husband had Alzheimer's. But nephew succeeded, graduated college and has a good job. Son married in 2010, one grandson. Great fun.

Work years: Went to work for US General Accounting Office in 1969. Led first outside reviews of FBI and IRS, stock market crash review in 87, and banking and S&L crisis reviews in late 80's & 90's. Left as Assistant Comptroller General in 1997. Director for Lockheed Martin in homeland security. Took executive buy out from LM in 2010; now work for IBM as Market devel.executive for a public sector industry group.
What are your best and worst memories of your days at Southwest?:Best: all the friends and fun times had with them in and out of school.

Worst: Sitting in Latin class waiting for Sarah Helen Anderson to shuffle index cards to call on people to translate! Last Edited:2012-08-06 20:09:10

Occupation:retired/TV account executive Marital Status:Committed Relationship Number of Children:2 Number of Grandchildren:2 Number of Marriages:2 What have you been doing since June '62 Tell us everything:I was fortunate to have had a wonderful career at KCTV and Fox where I was selected as television salesperon of the year from the Kansas City Media Professionals. Prior to my retirement I was inducted as a Media Pioneer in the broadcasting community.

One year into retirement I got a brain freeze which resulted in my writing a book, "The Kitchen is Closed".
What are your best and worst memories of your days at Southwest?:My married life took me from psychiatry (I was fine it was the Dr. I was married to) and to Hollywood where I met and married a television actor (hurray for Hollywood).where I enjoyed meeting many of those we see on tv and incol movies. (yes, they do put their pants on the same way we do).
I saved the best for last by finally finding the "man of my dreams".

Two children (one of each) and two grandchildren (one of each) who both live in Kansas City, The grandkids are spectacular and one will soon be off to college.

The best had to be my social life and my worst was the grades I got as a result of focusing on play time. Last Edited:2012-08-06 20:09:10
