Agenda Southwest High 60th Reunion
September 30-October 2, 2022
Sheraton Suites Country Club Plaza at 770 West 47th Street.
Friday, September 30
Arrival/Check in at Sheraton Suites
Registration/Hospitality, Summit Room from 2 – 5 PM. Hosted by Bonny McAllister.
Optional Special activities - 1-5PM:
- Linda Waterhouse tour of the KC Public Library: “Record the History of our Class” Our class has surplus funds from previous reunions. The library is assembling documents about each class for historical purposes. We are considering contributing those surplus funds to the library to help offset expenses and set a model for other classes.
- Hal Klee tour of the Good Ship Arabia: Around 1856 a "floating Walmart" paddlewheel riverboat sunk in the Missouri River. Thousands of items were not to be recovered until about 150 years later, buried about 60 feet under a corn field. Now a beautiful museum for you to travel back in time. Learn more: www.1856.com. Hal Klee will be your travel guide. Meet at Sheraton for 1 pm departure using carpools.
